Meta Unveils “Meta One”: A Unified Business Subscription Bundling AI, Verification, and Advanced Marketing Tools
Publish on October 14th 2026
Meta has officially announced Meta One, a subscription service that combines generative AI features, cross-platform scheduling, account protection, and customer messaging into structured monthly plans for businesses and creators on Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp.
Designed as an all-in-one solution for growing brands, Meta One enhances the company's previous business offerings by integrating automated customer service tools with identity verification and content distribution features.
Key Features and Platform Capabilities
The subscription introduces tools aimed at improving operational efficiency, expanding audience reach, and leveraging AI automation:
Meta Business Agent & Generative AI: Subscribers receive dedicated monthly access to Meta's automated Business Agent—an AI assistant designed to respond to real-time customer inquiries 24/7 across messaging channels. Additionally, subscribers gain access to advanced AI creation tools for video and image editing.
Cross-Platform Content Scheduling: Businesses can schedule posts and Reels up to a year in advance (and Stories up to 30 days) across Facebook and Instagram, aligned with peak audience activity times. The service also supports bulk media uploads from desktop.
WhatsApp Custom Web Links: WhatsApp Business users can claim a personalized web URL that allows potential customers to message the business directly, eliminating the need to type in a phone number.
Verification and Brand Protection: Subscribers at all tiers can apply for Meta's verified badge and benefit from proactive monitoring against impersonation, as well as search optimization features.
Human Support and Link Allowances: Tiered subscriptions offer varying levels of access to human account support, case monitoring, and allowances for sharing external links within organic content and comments.
Tiered Pricing Structure
Meta One follows a per-profile pricing model, covering one account per subscription and offering four primary tiers.
Rollout and Transition for Existing Subscribers
For current members of Meta Verified for Business, Meta has announced that existing subscriptions will stay the same for the time being. The company is working on migration plans to transition existing subscribers to equivalent Meta One plans in upcoming phases, with notifications being sent before any mandatory migration occurs. Meta One is currently being rolled out globally to eligible business portfolios.
